The type of Yoga taught at Knewtson Health Group is part of the hatha yoga tradition and vinyasa style. The word hatha means the balance of opposites. Use of the poses helps create balance in our bodies and complement the activities we do in our daily lives. Vinyasa style basically is taking several poses and linking them together to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance.
Anyone can enjoy the class, from beginners to advanced students.

Class Schedule
Classes run Tuesday evenings from 6:30 - 7:30.
Fees:
$100 for an 8 class punch card.
$200 for a 16 class punch card
$20 for single drop-in class.
Yoga mats are available to buy for $16
or you are welcome to bring your own. |
