Nutrition plays a significant role in the health of our bodies. On a day-to-day basis we eat “junk food”, fast food, processed and canned meals. All of these food sources lack the proper vitamins and minerals that our bodies need daily. It is best to get your nourishment from food sources, but we understand how hectic life can be and how hard it is to eat right, that is why supplements are important. They help to give our bodies the nourishment they so desperately need because of our dietary choices.
Nutritional consultations are available with Dr. Julie Shourds. Sometimes we eat so poorly or use chemical substances that actually deplete our bodies of necessary vitamins and minerals. A nutritional consultation will take you through a complete survey in order to evaluate your health on a daily basis. Dr. Julie will then make recommendations for diet, exercise, and supplementation to help you reach your maximum health potential!
